Brady turned 5 today! He was excited when he woke up and we all said, "Happy Birthday", to him. He got a big ol smile on his face. He went about his normal activities for the day, like annoying Brett, playing with his toys and playing outside. It was finally time to pick up his cake from the Commissary, he picked out a Thomas the Train one. They didn't have SpongeBob, his favorite, so he settld on the next best one. He spotted that they put a real Thomas toy on there and that's all her harped about all day.He had to have that toy train, otherwise he wasn't having his birthday! I told him to chill and he will get it after we do presents and cut the cake. We had to wait until Bryan came home from work. Surprisingly enough he didn't mind waiting until about 6:00 at night to do his b-day. He didn't complain all day about opening presents. It also helped that af ter dinner he took a cat nap on the chair. He wasn't in too good of mood to open presents it took a few minutes to get him motivated for that task. Finally he came and joined the party and opened his gifts. He got a book about dogs, it's a touch and feel one, it'as a huge one, he got a SpongeBob back pack, an Air Force one playset, a United States puzzle, a bus puzzle and a toy bus, not to mention a grader that he had to have from Fred Meyer. He also got some money from his other Grandparents and some clothes from my parents. His Auntie Sue got him a Wink and Blink DVD about Garbage Trucks. He enjoyed his birthday alot, he even said thanks for the presents. He can be such a cute little boy at times and other times not so much. He is such a special little boy and we are very proud to have him as our son. We love You, Brady, Happy 5th!
